6. Payments and Fees

Payments for services provided by Providers will be processed through the Platform. Localstuff may charge a service fee or commission on transactions. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to process payments through third-party payment processors.

A. Refund Policy:

Localstuff does not offer refunds unless specifically agreed upon by the Provider and the Customer, subject to Localstuff's dispute resolution policy.

B. Taxes:

Users are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their transactions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Localstuff provides a dispute resolution mechanism to handle conflicts between Customers and Providers. In the event of a dispute:

  3. Localstuff may act as a mediator but does not guarantee a resolution.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

9. Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content:

By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., reviews, service descriptions), you grant Localstuff a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify that content.

10. Termination

Localstuff reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
